Reinhard Sigle (* 1954 in Stuttgart ) is a German sculptor , installation artist and art teacher .

life and work

Sigle was born in Stuttgart and grew up in Weinstadt -Großheppach. He attended the Free Art School Stuttgart in 1977 and studied from 1978 to 1983 at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart . From 1979 to 1982 he studied art history at the University of Stuttgart . From 1984 he worked as an art teacher at high schools a. a. in Schorndorf and Rottweil at the Leibniz Gymnasium.

Sigle worked in a foundry for over ten years. He sets himself apart from the result of a casting with short-lived installations.

The artist lives and works in Deißlingen near Rottweil. With the materials (waste) wood, glue and acrylic he works out so-called bundles of energy .
