Robert Rauck

Robert Rauck (born January 22, 1869 in Untersteinbach ; † May 6, 1964 in Graefelfing ) was a German administrative lawyer and Bavarian civil servant.

Life

After studying law in Würzburg and from around 1888 in Munich, Robert Rauck joined the Bavarian state services. From 1910 he was district administrator in Gunzenhausen. From 1920 he was Councilor and in 1929 government director at the government of Upper Bavaria . From April 1, 1933 to April 1, 1934, Rauck was acting regional president of Upper Bavaria and then went into retirement. He then lived in Gstadt am Chiemsee and died in 1964 while visiting family in Graefelfing.
