Rosé de Loire is a rosé wine from the Loire wine-growing region . The wine has enjoyed the status of an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC for short) since September 4th 1974 and is grown in the regions of Anjou, Saumur and Touraine. Around 62,000 hectoliters of wine are produced each year on a vineyard area of ​​around 990  hectares .
