Ross MacIver (born February 28, 1999 in Inverness ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with FC Motherwell .

Career

Ross MacIver played on Ross County's youth teams until 2017 . He was part of the U20 team that won the Development League for the first time in the club's history in 2017.

In January 2017, MacIver was awarded to the Highland Football League at Wick Academy . From January 2018 he was awarded for six months to the Scottish third division club Forfar Athletic . In February 2019, a six-month loan to fourth division Elgin City followed . He scored four times in 15 games.

In August 2019, MacIver moved from his home club in Dingwall to the first division club Motherwell FC . On December 26, 2019, he made his debut for his new club in the Scottish Premiership against Ross County of all places. On his debut, he scored a dream goal in the corner of the goal to mean 1: 1, in the 2: 1 away win.
