Rudolf Mönnich (born June 5, 1854 in Osnabrück ; † August 13, 1922 in Berchtesgaden ) was a German architect and Prussian construction clerk .

After studying in Berlin , Mönnich worked in the civil service. From 1894 to 1907 he was a member of the Ministerial Building Commission and from 1907 to 1922 he worked in the Prussian Ministry of Public Works in Berlin. Mönnich designed court buildings all over Prussia - including some together with Paul Thoemer - and in some cases also directed their construction.

In 1938 Wönnichstrasse in Berlin-Lichtenberg (district Rummelsburg ), which was previously called Friedrichstrasse, was named after him. The name is probably based on a typographical error.
