The district of San Cristóbal is one of the 23 northern Peruvian districts that make up the province of Luya in the Amazon region in northern Peru . The district has an area of ​​33.36 km². The population was 546 in 2017. The district administration is located in San Cristóbal de Olto .

The most important festival of the capital, San Cristóbal de Olto, is celebrated on the day of St. Christopher (San Cristobál) on September 19th.

Geographical location
