Schreibersdorf , in Polish Pisarzowice , is a village in Upper Silesia . Schreibersdorf is located in the municipality of Klein Strehlitz in the Krapkowicki powiat (Krappitz district) in the Polish Opole Voivodeship .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1285 as Villa Scriptoris . In 1383 it was mentioned as Schreibersdorff and in Polish as Pisarcowice . In 1858 a new Catholic church was built.

In the referendum in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921, 416 eligible voters voted to remain with Germany and 28 for Poland. Schreibersdorf remained with the German Empire . In 1933 there were 628 inhabitants. In 1939 the place had 583 inhabitants. In January 2012 the number of inhabitants was only given as 120. Until 1945 the place was in the district of Neustadt OS

In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and was renamed Pisarzowice and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to Powiat Krapkowicki . On May 17, 2006 , German was introduced as the second official language in the municipality of Klein Strehlitz , to which Schreibersdorf belongs. On November 24, 2008, the place was also given the official German place name Schreibersdorf .
