Servitut (Polish: Serwitut ) is a village in Upper Silesia . Servitut belongs as a hamlet to the village of Pechhütte and is located in the municipality of Klein Strehlitz ( Strzeleczki ) in the Powiat Krapkowicki (Krappitz district) in the Polish Voivodeship of Opole .

Servitut is six kilometers west of the township seat Klein Strehlitz , 13 kilometers west of the district town Krapkowice (Krappitz) and 22 kilometers southwest of the voivodeship capital Opole (Opole).

Until 1945 the place was in the district of Neustadt OS
In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to Powiat Krapkowicki . On May 17, 2006, German was introduced as the second official language in the municipality of Klein Strehlitz, to which Servitut belongs. On November 24, 2008, the place was also given the official German place name Servitut .
