Sebastian Mila (born July 10, 1982 in Koszalin , Poland ) is a Polish football player . He usually plays in an attacking midfield position .

Career

Mila started his professional career in 2000 at Lechia Gdańsk . In 2001 he moved to Wisła Płock (then Orlen Płock) before he was signed by Dyskobolia Grodzisk in 2002 . Mila was considered one of the greatest talents in Polish football and, as an attacking creative player, was significantly involved in Dyskobolia Grodzisk's surprising success. However, when he switched to FK Austria Wien in January 2005, where he lost the trust of the coaching staff after initially performing well, his career took a significant damper. In February 2007 he moved to Vålerenga Oslo in Norway . After a brief stint at LKS Łódź , Sebastian Mila has been playing for Śląsk Wrocław in Poland since summer 2008 .

He has played 33 times in the Polish national football team ( as of November 15, 2014 ) and scored 8 goals. The most important so far was certainly the goal of the 2-0 final against Germany in qualifying for the Euro 2016 in France .
