action

The friends Jessi, Cassidy, Ellie, Claire, Chugs and Megan are members of the student association "Theta Pi". When Megan is betrayed by her boyfriend Garett, the women seek revenge. During a lavish party at their fraternity house, they give Garett pills to give her to make her compliant. What he does not know: the pills are completely ineffective. When he is in bed with Megan and they get closer, she suddenly begins to twitch and white foam runs out of her mouth. The terrified Garett seeks help from her friends, who have followed the whole thing via webcam. Together with Garett, they transport the supposed corpse to an old junkyard. They pretend to him that they now have to cut up the corpse, but suddenly the completely distraught Garett pulls out a wheel cross and drills it through Megan's chest. Now the girlfriends panic too; Megan dies and the passive accomplices are powerless. Those present swear not to tell anyone about the night and throw Megan's body into an old well.

Eight months later the girls graduate from college; all but Cassidy have since repressed the horrific event. But a costumed killer is on the girl's trail. During a meeting in the kitchen of the club house, the Theta Pi sisters receive an MMS in which a hand with a wheel cross can be seen.

Chugs needs to see their doctor to pick up their pills. Dr. Rosenberg urges her to sleep with him, to which she reluctantly agrees. Chugs can be seen running from the bedroom into the bathroom and metal noises can be heard from the hallway. The doctor wants to look and suddenly a wheel cross bores its way through his head. Upon returning to the bedroom, Chugs finds Dr. Rosenberg no longer offers. She lies down on a sofa and takes a sip from a champagne bottle; at that moment the killer hits the bottom of the bottle and Chugs suffocates.

After receiving more macabre cell phone messages, the rest of the girls conclude that only the disturbed Garett or a resurrected Megan could be the sender. To shut out Megan, they drive to the junkyard. Instead, they find Garett with his wrists cut open. Cassidy rappels down into the dried up well. There's no corpse on the bottom, but someone wrote “Theta-Pi must die” on the wall.

Back at the fraternity house, a life-and-death argument begins for the girls. Jessi, Claire and a few bystanders are murdered and the house catches fire. When Cassidy finally confronts the killer, the stranger turns out to be her friend Andy. He justified his approach with the fact that he wanted to lead a normal life with her and therefore wanted to kill all others who were involved in the matter at the time, as well as any confidante, because they could betray the act. He wants to escape with her, but first kill Ellie and Megan's sister Maggie. But the girls manage to overpower him, and Andy ends up falling through the meanwhile burnt floor into the basement. The fire brigade approaches and extinguishes the fire.

Fifteen months later, the house of “Theta Pi” reopens. The sisters celebrate this and Maggie is now a member too. The last scene shows the hand of a figure holding a garden trowel. A scar can be seen on the wrist, suggesting that it is Megan's friend Garett.
