resonance
The games in the Games for Two series generally received a very positive response, both as individual games and as an overall concept. Although many classic games such as chess , checkers , mills or halma are also designed for two people, the Kosmos games are regarded as pioneers for modern two-person games. Several of the games won various game awards, including Caesar & Cleopatra , which took 1st place in the à la carte card game award in 1998 and was selected for Game of the Year , or Babel , which won both the 2001 Game for Two award of the Austrian game of games and also appeared on the selection list for the game of the year.
