action

Shep Ramsey is an intergalactic hero with huge muscle strength, which is reinforced by his spacesuit. When he once again has to save the galaxy from General Suitor, President Hashina dies. Shep's supervisor confronts him, and in anger, Shep destroys control of his escape pod. He has to make an emergency landing on planet earth and stay there for a few weeks until his capsule has enough energy.

Ramsey is staying with Charlie Wilcox, a shy architect who has to do the dirty work for his boss Adrian Beltz and doesn't even dare to ask for a raise. His wife Jenny rents out his former workshop as an apartment, and the gigantic giant moves in. Over the next few days, Shep experienced bizarre situations in the small suburb and caused a lot of nonsense out of good-naturedness. So he tortures a mime , whom he suspects several times in need, and throws a skateboard into space. Charlie spots a phaser in Shep's room and accidentally fires it. A spaceship with two intergalactic bounty hunters finds out about Shep.

Shep goes to his spaceship and is followed by Charlie. When Shep finishes maintenance and goes back home, Charlie enters the spaceship and plays around with the paraphernalia. Using X-ray binoculars, he observes how two punks want to rape a woman, steps into his spacesuit and accidentally saves the woman from the criminals. He leaves an ice weapon lying around. When Shep finds out, it's too late. The criminals used the weapon for a bank robbery and frozen the entire workforce, customers and the approaching police. Shep and Charlie can thwart the bank robbery, but the energy of the weapon is enough to lure the bounty hunters on the trail of Shep. Shep and Charlie can just escape.

Together they devise a plan for which they need the crystals from Charlie's boss. There is a big showdown at a large-scale party for the new Japanese investors. Shep remains victorious and is about to leave the earth. But since then General Suitor has landed on earth and kidnapped Charlie's wife and children. With the help of Charlie, Shep manages to overpower the general. Then it flies back into space. Charlie has finally gained self-confidence and is quitting his job.

Reviews

"Entertaining space fairy tale, which largely owes its comic charm to the very contrasting main characters."
