In the senior division Schailauow made his debut at the 2006 World Cup , but could not prevent the relegation of his team from the top division. After not being promoted again in the following year, it was not until 2010 that Schailauow was used again in a world championship . The Kazakhs - who returned to the top division in the previous year - could not keep the class this time either. In 2011 he contributed three goals against Estonia (1) and Lithuania (2) to the immediate resurgence. He couldn't change anything about the development of the elevator team, because there was another relegation from the top division at the 2012 World Cup and again the immediate return to the upper house in 2013 , when Schailauow scored the important goal in the all-important final game against Italy 1-0 succeeded. In 2014 he could not avoid the repeated relegation of the Kazakhs from the top division, but in 2015, as the best goal setter - together with the Hungarians Frank Banham and Andrew Sarauer - contributed to the promotion and was voted the best player of his team.
At the Asian Winter Games he won the title with the Kazakh team in 2011 with a 4-1 win in the last game against Japan , after four years before the same opponent had been defeated 3-2 and only won the silver medal .
