The Tampa Bay Blues Festival is an annual blues festival that has been held in St. Petersburg , Florida since 1995 and is attended by blues fans from all over the world. It takes place in the spring at Vinoy Waterfront Park, a park in downtown St Petersburg. The festival spans a range from bluegrass to country blues to Chicago blues. The festival was founded by Chuck Ross, who still produces it today.

In 2011 it received the Blues Foundation's Keeping the Blues Alive Award . In its justification, the Foundation states that the festival has always attached great importance to the fact that, in addition to the big acts, roots music is also represented, making it accessible to a larger audience.
