The Masters was an invitation tournament in darts and was organized for the third time by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from January 31st to February 1st, 2015 . The venue for the first time was the ArenaMK in Milton Keynes .

The defending champion was James Wade . The winner was Michael van Gerwen , who won the tournament for the first time.

format

The tournament was played in a knockout system . Game mode in the 1st round was a best of 19 legs . In the final a best of 21 legs . Each leg was played in double-out mode.

Prize money

A total of £ 200,000 in prize money was distributed, £ 40,000 more than last year. The prize money was distributed among the participants as follows:
