Tina Schüßler (also Tina Schüssler , born June 21, 1974 in Augsburg ) is a German singer , television presenter , TV ring announcer, professional boxer , kickboxer and bodybuilder . In 2016 she became world champion in the K-1 of the WKU .

biography

Tina Schüssler grew up in Stadtbergen and Diedorf . She came to boxing at the age of 18 through her career as a full contact kickboxer .

In 1997 she achieved the highest title of the Women's International Boxing Federation (WIBF) - 54.4 kg, which enabled her to enter the professional boxing business. She got the license of the BDB ( Bund Deutscher Berufsboxer ) and started her first professional boxing match for the Hamburg professional boxing stable Universum Box-Promotion .
In 1998 she made her entry into the German national kickboxing team WKA ( World Kickboxing Association ). In the same year she became world champion.

In spring 2005 she started her first step on the bodybuilding stage in the women's class I up to 52 kg in addition to boxing.
In autumn 2005 she became International German Champion ( IFBB ). From then on she sponsored the six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates and CNP-Professional England.
In 2006 she was a stage star guest together with Ronnie Coleman at the FIBO in Essen.

In 2009 Schüssler suffered a stroke as a result of a congenital heart defect , was left paralyzed and had to undergo heart surgery in 2010 . After two and a half years, she went public for the first time and was invited by Sat.1 in September 2011 to film the show Mein Mann kann mit Britt Hagedorn .

Since her illness is Schüssler ambassador of the German Bone Marrow Donor Center (DKMS), the Bavarian Cancer Society, the mother-child center Augsburg "Muki", the colorful district of Augsburg, the tour Ginkgo and also for the children's charity hours of the heart along with Jumbo Schreiner go .
Tina Schüssler has been the godmother of the Bavarian Children's Pain Center of the Children's Clinic at Augsburg Hospital and ambassador of the Bavarian Red Cross since 2016 . She is actively involved in the occupational therapies of the clinics, is a godmother at various schools and supports the project School without Racism, School with Courage .

In 2012 she became active again as a boxer and got into the ring on June 16 in the Augsburg sports hall for the first time since her illness. After her victory there, she played several boxing matches. On June 8, 2013, she won the world championship title in the Augsburg sports hall and has been the WBF world champion in professional boxing up to 62.4 kg ever since .

On January 16, 2013, Schüssler took up the position of national coach of the ISKA . At the 2014 Brecht Festival in Augsburg, Schüssler performed together with actress Iris Berben , Katharina Thalbach and Thomas Thieme and played the piece The Chaos is Used Up! . In March 2014 she ran as a non-party candidate for the office of mayor of Diedorf.

In 2016, Schüssler qualified again for the national team of the WKU with several fights in K-1. At the end of September she fought for the world championship title in K-1 up to 57 kg in the USA (Orlando / Florida) and won.

In 2016 the athlete brought her first music CD and DVD "My Fight" and "Glorreich Zeiten" onto the market. She sings about her worst illness and her struggle back to life.

After a herniated disc in the cervical spine , Tina Schüssler is still the only TV ring announcer in the boxing ring with Regina Halmich .

They experienced great success at the time at international festival stages as pop / rock - singer and songwriter with her own composed songs and current song. It produces with stars from the music industry from Germany to America .

In December 2019 Tina Schüssler and her band Adrenalinplus made it to the TV Live Final at the German Rock and Pop Prize in Siegen and secured 2nd place with over 3800 participants as the best singer in Germany.

Since March 2020 Tina Schuessler as a television presenter the new face of Muxx.TV Cologne and TV PM7 Studios Augsburg . She moderates, leads and directs the three new formats “Ghost Concerts”, “PM7 Studios - Talk with Tina” and “PM7 Studios in Concerts” twice a week. She also has her own late night show "Night Call with Tina Schüssler" alternating with sports presenter Ulrich Potofski .

In May 2020 Tina Schüssler signed two record deals with Pride & Joy Music and 7us Music Group. It moves in the genres: pop , rock to hard rock . On June 18, 2020 Tina Schuessler is an overnight chart-topping the World Amazon charts as Bestseller # 2 in rock , also it is in farther seven categories of album and single charts among the Top 10 .

Tina Schüssler is with the artist Clemens Brocker from Neusäß near Augsburg. She has a son.
