The film Top Model is a continuation of the film Eleven Days and Eleven Nights from 1986. In Germany, the film was also marketed on video under the title Eleven Days and Eleven Nights - Part 2 . In 1990 the film The Testament of Desire , with Kristine Rose in the lead role, was released a third sequel.

The writer Sarah Asproon is doing research for her new book about prostitution and works as a call girl under the name Model Gloria . Your editor Dorothy runs a posh hostess service to which Sarah belongs. Due to the good order situation, the company needs a new computer program. Computer specialist Cliff Evans is hired for the job. Sarah is drawn to the shy Cliff and begins an affair with him. Cliff, who actually has homosexual tendencies, is torn in his feelings.
Peter, one of Gloria's customers, has found out who she is. Peter tries to blackmail Sarah with his knowledge and threatens to expose her. In the end, Sarah can overcome all obstacles. She leaves town with Cliff to start a new life with him.
