content

The brothers Sancho and Pedro are the leaders of a bloodthirsty gang of Mexicans who are interested in all valuable transports to the town of Trinità and therefore terrorize him. Your source of information in town is the saloon owner Pizzaro, who wants to become the boss of the town. When the local sheriff is unable to change the situation and a government agent is killed, the villagers hire a mysterious bounty hunter, Alan Boyd. This one is a real killing machine. He usually knows how to help himself with the help of prepared dynamite sticks which he shoots at arrows. He manages to bring down the gang. A neighboring village sends a cry for help - it is being tyrannized by a gang of gangsters.

criticism

“Hectic detail shots alternate with boring long shots. A lot of material was reused that was not very convincing in Lucky Moore's Black Killer . [...] the dialogue parts: people without friends in a small space. [...] No, Massaccesi did not succeed in great cinema here. "

-

“Predictable, moderate (also amateurishly dubbed) Spaghetti Western, staged by Aristide Massaccesi under a pseudonym. Only the camera work and the arsenal of weapons (e.g. a crossbow) of the protagonist are striking. "

Others

The direction of the film is attributed to the producer Santaniello under Oskar Faradine , but was actually done by Aristide Massaccesi ; thus the film is his first directorial work.
