The 21st stage of the Tour de France 2013 took place on July 21, 2013. It led from Versailles over 133.5 km to Paris Champs-Élysées . In the course of the stage there were two mountain classifications in the fourth category and a sprint classification. So the 21st stage counted as a flat stage.
