After the First Silesian War in 1742, Heinzendorf and most of Silesia came to Prussia . As in general in Neisse-Ottmachau diocese, the population was Catholic. The village has belonged to the parish of the nearby colonist town of Patschkau (Paczków) since the Middle Ages. That is why the place has only had a small Trinity Chapel since 1774. Evangelical Christians belonged to the Protestant parish of Patschkau. A schoolmaster's house is mentioned in 1784.
After the secularization of the Principality of Neisse in 1810, the secular rule of the Breslau bishops ended. With the reorganization of Silesia in 1813, Heinzendorf, which until then belonged to the Wroclaw administrative district, was incorporated into the Upper Silesian administrative district of Opole . From 1816 it belonged to the newly established district of Neisse , with which it remained connected until 1945. In 1845 there was a Catholic school, a chapel and 54 other houses in the village. In the same year 398 people lived in Heinzendorf, three of them Protestants. In 1855 418 people lived in Heinzendorf. In 1865 there was a Scholtisei , 15 farmers, 13 gardeners and 14 cottagers as well as an inn and two water mills.
