Without forgiveness is a German television film by Andreas Herzog from 2013 . It is the twentieth episode of the ZDF crime film series Unter Verdacht with Senta Berger as Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek in the lead role.

The sex offender Friedrich Schmolzer is released from prison in the fictional Munich suburb of Wallershofen. Everyone in the place is shocked, angry, and scared by the fact. When the local police officer Walter Maiberger beat Schmolzer almost to death in front of the residents, Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek started the investigation. The residents of Wallershofen deny having made any observations, and Maiberger also denies any guilt.
