The Verbandsgemeinde Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg was an administrative unit in the legal form of a regional body in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate . The association community belonged to nine independent local communities , the administrative seat was in the district of the same name in the city of Bad Kreuznach .
In connection with the Rhineland-Palatinate municipal and administrative reform that began in 2010 , the city of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg left the administrative area of the municipality on July 1, 2014 and was incorporated into the neighboring city of Bad Kreuznach.
On January 1, 2017, the association was finally dissolved: Duchroth , Niederhausen , Norheim , Oberhausen an der Nahe and Traisen changed to the association of Rüdesheim , while Altenbamberg , Feilbingert , Hallgarten and Hochstätten were incorporated into the association of Bad Kreuznach .
