The Verbandsgemeinde Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg was an administrative unit in the legal form of a regional body in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate . The association community belonged to nine independent local communities , the administrative seat was in the district of the same name in the city of Bad Kreuznach .

In connection with the Rhineland-Palatinate municipal and administrative reform that began in 2010 , the city of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg left the administrative area of ​​the municipality on July 1, 2014 and was incorporated into the neighboring city of Bad Kreuznach.

On January 1, 2017, the association was finally dissolved: Duchroth , Niederhausen , Norheim , Oberhausen an der Nahe and Traisen changed to the association of Rüdesheim , while Altenbamberg , Feilbingert , Hallgarten and Hochstätten were incorporated into the association of Bad Kreuznach .
