Volker Weidlich

Volker Weidlich (* 1958 in Duisburg ) is a German actor and radio play speaker .

Life

Volker Weidlich completed his artistic training from 1977 to 1980 at the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum, and he was trained in functional respiratory therapy according to Parow and Osenberg . Immediately after his apprenticeship in Bochum, Weidlich received his first engagement at the State Theater in Oldenburg . Further stations in his stage career included a. the Staatstheater Kassel , the Stadttheater Heidelberg , the Hamburg Ernst-Deutsch-Theater , in Bochum the Schauspielhaus and the Prinzregenttheater , the theaters in Bonn , Bremen , Dortmund and Hof , the Grenzlandtheater Aachen and since 2009 the Castle Festival in Bad Vilbel. Weidlich was Mephisto in Faust I , Petruccio in The Taming of the Shrew , played the title role in Brecht's Life of Galilei and the mayor Peppone in Don Camillo and Peppone , was Schnautz in a Midsummer Night's Dream or the President of Walter in Cabal and Love .

Jokes aside in the comedy series - Herbert is coming! Volker Weidlich made his comrade debut in 1979. He had other roles in two episodes of the series Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei , played guest roles in Der kleine Mönch and SOKO Cologne and was seen in the third season of Knallerfrauen .

As a radio play speaker, Weidlich u. a. in the radio Tatort negotiation matter and in the production Das Haus am Kanal based on the novel of the same name by Georges Simenon .
