The constituency of Austria under the Enns 2 was a constituency for the elections to the House of Representatives in the Austrian crown land of Austria under the Enns . history

After the Reichsrat had decided on the general, equal, secret and direct male suffrage in autumn 1906, the major reform of the electoral law through the sanctioning of Emperor Franz Joseph I came into effect on January 26, 1907 . With the new Reichsrat election order, a total of 516 electoral districts were created, with one member being elected in each constituency with the exception of Galicia in the course of the Reichsrat election. The MP had to prevail with an absolute majority in the first ballot or in a runoff election. The constituency of Austria under Enns 2 comprised the Stubenviertel or that part of the 1st Viennese district Inner City , which runs through Rothenturmstrasse, Lichtensteg, Hoher Markt, Wipplingerstrasse, Tiefer Graben, Heidenschuß, Hof, Bognergasse, Graben, Singerstrasse, Liebenberggasse, Parkring, Wollzeile, Wienfluss and Franz Josefs-Kai was limited.

In the 1907 Reichsrat election , Josef von Baechlé ( Christian Social Party ) emerged victorious in the first ballot with 61 percent. In the 1911 Reichsrat election, Baechle was able to successfully defend his mandate with 61 percent in the first ballot.
