The constituency of Austria under the Enns 49 was a constituency for the elections to the House of Representatives in the Austrian crown land of Austria under the Enns . The electoral district was created in 1907 with the introduction of the Reichsrat election regulations and existed until the collapse of the Habsburg monarchy .
history
After the Reichsrat had decided on the general, equal, secret and direct male suffrage in autumn 1906, the major reform of the electoral law through the sanctioning of Emperor Franz Joseph I came into effect on January 26, 1907 . The member of parliament has to prevail with an absolute majority in the first ballot or in a runoff election. The constituency of Austria under Enns 49 comprised the judicial districts of Wiener-Neustadt , Pottenstein , Ebreichsdorf and Baden , with the following municipalities excluded from the constituency:
- the municipalities of Brunn am Steinfelde , Ebenfurth , Eggendorf , Erlach , Felixdorf , Lichtenwörth , Oberpiesting , Unterpiesting , Sollenau , Steinabrückl , Wöllersdorf , Dreistetten and Muthmannsdorf (all electoral district 34 ) and Wiener Neustadt ( electoral district 40 ) belonging to the judicial district of Wiener Neustadt
- the municipalities of Günselsdorf , Kottingbrunn , Leobersdorf , Schönau , Teesdorf and Traiskirchen (all electoral district 34 ) and the municipalities of Baden , Vöslau and Weikersdorf (all electoral district 39 ) in the judicial district of Baden

- the communities in the judicial district of Pottenstein, Berndorf , Fahrafeld , Grillenberg , Hernstein , Hirtenberg , Pottenstein , St. Veit an der Triesting and Weißenbach an der Triesting (all electoral district 43 )
