The Waldenbachtal is a landscape protection area in the area of the municipality of Dietingen, which was designated by the Rottweil District Office on August 17, 1982 by ordinance .
location
The approximately 13.5 hectare nature reserve Waldenbachtal is located immediately south of the Rotenzimmern district of Dietingen . It belongs to the Obere Gäue natural area .
Landscape character
The Waldenbachtal is a wooded, landscape-defining blade in the parlor sandstone . Only in the north of the area, near the Rotenzimmer locality, is an open grassland part of the area, the rest of the area is planted with mixed coniferous forest. The Waldenbach flows through the area.
