Oeste ( Portuguese for west) is a statistical sub-region of Portugal . It is part of the Região Centro and divided between the districts of Leiria and Lisbon . In the northeast, the Região de Leiria , in the east Lezíria do Tejo , in the south the metropolitan region of Lisbon and in the west the Atlantic borders the sub-region.
