Wiebachtal and valley slopes

The nature reserve Wiebachtal and valley slopes is located in the area of the town of Hückeswagen in the Oberbergisches Kreis in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The 94.9 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 2006 , extends north of the core town of Hückeswagen largely along the Wiebach , which forms the northern and western borders of the area. The B 229 runs north and the B 483 runs east . The Wuppertalsperre with a water surface of 225 hectares extends directly on the southwestern edge of the area .
