Vladimir Dimitrov
Vladimir Dimitrov ( Bulgarian Владимир Иванов Димитров , at the World Chess Federation FIDE Vladimir Dimitrov ; born April 11, 1968 in Sofia ) is a Bulgarian chess player .
He played for Bulgaria at two Chess Olympiads : 1994 and 1996 . He also took part twice in the European team championships (1989 and 1992) and in four chess Balkaniads (1990 to 1994).
In 1988 he was awarded the title of International Master (IM), and in 1993 the title of Grand Master (GM). His highest rating was 2530 in July 1996.
