Wolfgang Krebs (actor)

Wolfgang Krebs (born December 4, 1959 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German theater actor , acting teacher and director .

Life

He completed his training at the dance and theater workshop Fée Reichelt in Frankfurt am Main , at the École de Mime Dramatique de Paris and at the École de Formation Théâtrale by Philippe Gaulier in Paris and at the Burlesk Center of Pierre Byland in Switzerland.

From 1989 to 1999 he lived in Italy, where he a. a. worked with the “Compagnia Drammatico Vegetale” from Ravenna, the “Compagnia Il Dottor Bostik” from Turin, the “Essenza Teatro” from Novara, the “Limelight Theater Company” from Milan and the “ Teatro Studio Marchetti ” from Verbania.

Since 2000 he has been back on stage mainly in Germany and was a co-founder of the Regensburg Drama School, which he directed from 2001 to summer 2007.

With his second wife Vicky Müller-Toùssa , he realized various theater productions from 2002 to 2011. After the separation, in November 2012, he opened the Schlosstheater Thurnau, where he has been working as artistic director, actor and director ever since.
