Yve Burbach

Yve Burbach (also Yvonne ; born March 10, 1975 in Traben-Trarbach ) is a German actress .

Life

Yve Burbach was born in Traben-Trarbach in 1975 and grew up with two sisters and a brother in the wine village of Erden on the Moselle .

At the age of twelve she was already on stage for various school performances. After graduating from high school at Nikolaus-von-Kues-Gymnasium in Bernkastel-Kues , she completed an apprenticeship as an advertising clerk, studied communications and worked for an advertising agency for five years before she was discovered by chance for television.

Burbach got her first television role in 1999 in the ProSieben series Mallorca - Search for Paradise . Immediately afterwards, she stood in Berlin for Behind Bars - The Woman Barber in front of the camera. From 2001 to 2006 she played the role of the young French woman Cécile de Maron in the ARD early evening series Verbotene Liebe . The entire ensemble of Verbotene Liebe received the Golden Rose of Lucerne award in 2005 .

In the following years, Yve Burbach stood in front of the camera for the productions Alarm for Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei , SOKO Köln and Der Alte . In 2011 she starred in the crime thriller Tod in Istanbul at the side of Jürgen Vogel and Heino Ferch , directed by Matti Geschonneck .

In 2012, following her engagement in the series Herzflimmern - Die Klinik am See , she took on a leading role in the ZDF series SOKO 5113 in Munich. From there she went to Lüneburg, where she stood in front of the camera for the ARD series Rote Rosen . In the fall of 2012, she also played a leading role in an episode of the series The Rosenheim Cops .

In the 2006/2007 season, Yve Burbach was seen at the Theater an der Kö in Düsseldorf in the tabloid comedy Sextett by Michael Pertwee. In the winter of 2012/2013 she stood at the side of Hugo Egon Balder in the Bonn Contra-Kreis-Theater with the play Be nice to my wife on stage. In spring 2013 she took on the role of Alice in the play The Truth at the Theater am Dom in Cologne.

From 2014 to 2019 Yve Burbach played the role of Selma Kirsch in the ZDF crime series SOKO Stuttgart .
