Yvonne Gilli (born March 7, 1957 in Baar ) is a Swiss politician ( Greens ).

After completing compulsory schooling, she completed a three-year training as a nurse . She then made up her Matura on the second educational path and then studied medicine. In parallel to her studies, she continued her education in classical homeopathy and traditional Chinese medicine . Since 1996 she has been working in her own practice as a specialist in gynecology and also offers complementary medicine .

Gilli has been a member of the Greens in the canton of St. Gallen since 2000 and was a member of the municipal council of Wil from 2000 to 2005. From 2004 to 2007 she was a cantonal councilor in St. Gallen and from the elections on October 21, 2007 to the Swiss parliamentary elections 2015 member of the National Council .

Yvonne Gilli has been a member of the central board of the Association of Swiss Doctors (FMH) since April 2016, where she is responsible for the "Digitization" dossier.

She is married and has three children. Today she lives in Wil. Her home town is Neudorf LU .
