Zbigniew Derdziuk (born January 24, 1962 in Skierbieszów ) is a Polish politician. From November 2007 to October 2009 he was a minister outside office in Donald Tusk's cabinet . From October 2009 to February 2015 he was Chairman of the Board of the Polish Social Insurance Institute . From 1998 to 1999 and 2005 to 2006 he worked as State Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office.

Zbigniew Derdziuk studied at the University of Warsaw at the Sociological Faculty. He later completed a postgraduate degree in organization and management. In 1994 he was deputy director of Telewizja Polska , in 1996 he was director of the strategy department. In 2005 he became State Secretary in Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz's office . On July 20, 2006, he became Chairman of the Office of the Mayor of Warsaw. On August 31, 2006, Zbigniew Derdziuk was elected Secretary of the City of Warsaw, but only held this position until December 14 of the same year. On January 24, 2007, he became a member of the board of the Polish Postbank ( Bank Pocztowy ).

Zbigniew Derdziuk is married and has two sons.
