On September 28, 2017 Kollegah and Farid Bang released the first single from their third collaboration album Jung Brutal Gutaussehend 3 with Sturmmaske auf (Intro) . At the same time, a teaser for the song Zieh 'aus den Rucksack was released , which appeared on the YouTube channel of Banger Musik on September 30th . Take off your backpack , however, is not featured on the album. The song was produced by Juh-Dee . Bilal Hadzic directed the accompanying music video.

In pulling 'the backpack from mock Kollegah and Farid Bang today's rap scene, by the Auto-Tune and Afrotrap was coined. In addition, rappers are parodied who use the stylistic devices mentioned, including the KMN gang .
Naming
Pull the backpack off is a homage to the song 4 elements from their second collab album Jung, brutal, gutaussehend 2 (2013). In the Prelude of 4 Elements , the two used the line “Take off your backpack when you talk to me”. The allusion relates to backpack rappers .
