Zutendaal ( Limburgish : Zietendaol ) is a Belgian municipality in the Flanders region with 7289 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019).

The Dutch city ​​of Maastricht is twelve kilometers southeast, Hasselt 16 kilometers west, Liège 32 kilometers south and Brussels approx. 85 kilometers west.

The next motorway exits are in the north near Genk on the A2 / E 314 and in the south near Bilzen on the A13 / E 313 .

There are regional train stations in Genk, Bilzen and Hasselt and national express trains stop in Maastricht.

Maastricht Aachen Airport and Liège Airport are the nearest regional airports ; Brussels National Airport near the capital Brussels is an international airport.
