This article covers the 2019/20 season of the 2nd Floorball Bundesliga .

The season was canceled on March 13, 2020 due to the corona pandemic before the end of the main round.

Promotion and relegation regulation

Due to the interruption of game operations, the play-offs and play-downs could not take place in addition to the 16th matchday. On May 2nd Floorball Germany announced that the 1st Floorball Bundesliga would be increased to 12 teams. Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld and SC DHfK Leipzig , who took 1st place in the relays of the 2nd Bundesliga when the season ended, will be promoted to the 2020/21 season . There will be no relegation.
The 2nd Bundesliga will also be divided into three seasons next season. Again, there will be no relegation.
