Street description

The A21 is a connection between the M51 and the M36 from Mamljut to Qostanai and thus connects the two most important cities of Kazakhstan, Qostanai and Petropavl . The largest city on the route is Qostanai, an important center in northern Kazakhstan. The A21 mostly runs along the border with Russia and leads first to the southwest and later to the south. Apart from the M51 and the M36, the A21 does not cross any other major roads. There are only a few small places on the route.

history

The A21 was renumbered in 2011 and replaces the A341, which came from the times of the Soviet Union . The A21 is important because it is an east-west route between the two large cities in northern Kazakhstan and does not pass through Russian territory.
