Street description

The A26 begins in Oktyabrsk on the A27 and ends at Irgis on the M32 . The route is not very important and is an alternative to the route from Aqtöbe (formerly Aktyubinsk) to Aralsk . The route connects a number of small towns in the desert in western Kazakhstan. The landscape is barren and undeveloped and of low altitude. The end point is a junction with the M32.

history

The A26 was renumbered in 2011. Where the M32 makes a detour and goes through Karabutak, the A 26 is a shorter alternative route from Aqtöbe to Aralsk.
