The ATP Challenger Manila (officially: Manila Challenger ) was a tennis tournament that took place twice in Manila , the Philippines , between 1992 and 1994 . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour and was played outdoors on hard courts. Richard Fromberg is the only multiple tournament winner with one title each in singles and doubles.
