The company from Calle Fortuny in Madrid took over a license from CBA in 1985 and began producing automobiles. Production ended in 1987.

The company manufactured closed delivery vans that looked like delivery vans from decades past. The vehicles were built on the chassis of the Citroën Dyane and thus had a two - cylinder boxer engine .
