Compañía Balear de Automóviles was a Spanish manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The Swede Thomas Wadström founded the company in 1982 in Palma de Mallorca and began producing automobiles. The brand name was CBA . In 1985 the development of electric cars began , so the series production of the previous models was transferred to Clásicos Canarios de Automóviles . Aboleiro also received a license from Madrid . After the death of Thomas Wadström in 1986, the company was dissolved.
vehicles
The company manufactured vehicles based on the chassis of the Citroën 2 CV , i.e. with two-cylinder engines . There were the Condesa , Pick-up and Duquesa models . The bodies were made of plastic .
