Alessandro Nasini (born August 21, 1971 in Hilden ) is a German entrepreneur and television producer . He is a founding member and partner of the television production company wellenreiter.tv , which was founded in 1996 and which was sold to Bavaria Film in 2017 and merged with Bavaria Entertainment . Since then he has been the managing director of Bavaria Entertainment.

Vita

Alessandro Nasini grew up in Solingen as the second child of Nello Nasini and Ursel Nasini (née Kohl). His father, an Italian immigrant from Tuscany, is a retired banker, his mother a teacher. Alessandro Nasini attended the Vogelsang grammar school in Solingen between 1982 and 1991 and did his community service as a nurse after graduating from high school. In 1993 he began his studies in modern history , Eastern European history and political science at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf . During his studies he received a scholarship from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and worked as a freelance reporter for the Westdeutsche Zeitung and the Westdeutscher Rundfunk .

To found the television production company wellenreiter.tv in 1996, he finished his academic training after completing his basic studies and devoted himself to his journalistic and entrepreneurial career. In the first years he realized numerous reports and documentaries as a producer, author and director, later series and series. His production company received the AWO Journalist Award 2012 for a report on poverty in old age .

Between 2006 and 2009, Alessandro Nasini advised various international groups on the development of new moving image strategies. From 2011, Nasini built up the show area at wellenreiter.tv and has since developed numerous entertainment formats: In 2012, the roadshow “Frau Heinrich geht” with Sabine Heinrich for WDR. In 2015, the ZDF live show “Das große Schlüpfen” with Johannes B. Kerner and the show series “Nobody fools me!” With Dirk Steffens followed . In 2016 he developed the prime time quiz “You never come on it!” With Johannes B. Kerner, which has been broadcast on ZDF since 2017.

After the merger of wellenreiter.tv and Bavaria Entertainment in the summer of 2017, Nasini took over the management of Bavaria Entertainment GmbH together with the producers Oliver Fuchs and Arne Merten. In October 2018, Oliver Fuchs resigned from his position as managing director. Alessandro Nasini and Arne Merten have been running the company since then.

Alessandro Nasini is married and has two children. He lives with his family in Langenfeld.
