Ally Maki (* 29. December 1986 in Seattle , Washington as Ally Matsumura ) is an American actress .

Life

Ally Maki was born in Seattle and raised in the city of Kirkland . Her grandmother of Japanese descent was released from an internment camp in Wyoming after the end of World War II . In Montana she found a job as a waitress, where she was Bryan Kazuyuki Honkawa, who served in a Japanese-American regiment during the war. She moved to Los Angeles in 2001 at the age of 14 after being discovered by a talent scout. At the time, her grandmother was widowed in the West Hills neighborhood. Maki himself initially lived with other newcomers in the acting business in Santa Clarita . While she was being cast in early acting roles, she was part of a band called The Valli Girls , for which she played the keytar . She was also trained as a DJ at Freakbeat Records . Today Maki lives in a house in the Studio City district .

Career

Maki first appeared in front of the camera in 2002 with a guest appearance on What's up, Dad? to see. However, Maki gained greater fame through the role of Jess Kato in which she played one of the leading roles in Wrecked from 2016 to 2018 . was seen.
