The model was presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 1927 . It solved the Amilcar Type G off.

The vehicle also had a four-cylinder engine with thermosiphon cooling . The 60 mm bore was retained, but the stroke was extended to 105 mm. That resulted in 1188 cm³ displacement and 8  Cheval fiscal . The engine developed 28  hp .

The chassis corresponded to the previous model. Only the wheelbase was extended by 5 cm to 265 cm. The track width remained at 119 cm. A vehicle length of around 336 cm and a vehicle width of 128 cm can be derived from this. The empty weight was about 800 kg.

Reported are four-door sedans and touring cars preferably Weymann body , two to three-seat cabriolets and Faux Cabriolet said coupes , which gave the appearance that they have an openable top. A visual distinguishing feature from its predecessor was the headlight rod with two supports.
