In the Usedom-Nord office in the north-east of the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany), five municipalities are brought together to handle their administrative business. On January 1, 2005, the four municipalities of Karlshagen , Mölschow , Peenemünde and Trassenheide were merged from the former office An der Peene with the previously unofficial municipality Zinnowitz to form the new office Usedom-Nord. The administrative headquarters are at Möwenstrasse 1 in Zinnowitz.

The official area extends from the isthmus of Mittelusedom to the northern tip of the island of Usedom . It is bordered by the Baltic Sea in the north and east, the Peenestrom in the west and the Achterwasser in the south. There are no higher surveys in this area. The entire official area is located in the Usedom Island Nature Park .

The tourism in the seaside resorts of the Baltic Sea, especially in Zinnowitz economy plays a prominent role. Fisheries and agriculture are hardly important anymore, there is hardly any industry. The Peenemünde power plant was shut down in 1990.

The federal road 111 runs through the Usedom-Nord office from Wolgast via Zinnowitz to Mellenthin , and there are also the Heringsdorf – Wolgaster ferry and Zinnowitz – Peenemünde railway lines here .

A branch office of the administration is located at Hauptstraße 40 in Karlshagen.
