Andrea Mertens (film editor)
Andrea Mertens (born June 26, 1973 in Dortmund ) is a German film editor .
The trained film editor studied at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences after completing her training . She has been working as an editor since 1996 and was awarded the German TV Prize in 2008 for editing the two-part television series The Youngest Court ( RTL ) . For her work on Feo Aladağ's drama Die Fremde (2010) she received a nomination for the German Film Prize .
