Andreas Kuen (born March 24, 1995 in Zams ) is an Austrian football player on the position of midfielder .

Career

Kuen started his career at SV Längenfeld in Tyrol . After ten years in their youth department, he switched to the amateurs of Bundesliga club FC Wacker Innsbruck in 2011 , where he made 18 appearances and two goals in the first season. At the beginning of the 2012/13 season he was brought into the first team by coach Walter Kogler , where he made his Bundesliga debut against SK Rapid Vienna on July 21, 2012 . The midfielder came on in the 81st minute for Christopher Wernitznig . The game in the Gerhard Hanappi Stadium was lost 0: 4. On June 4, 2014 the move from Andreas Kuen to Rapid Vienna was announced.

In August 2016 he was awarded to the second division club Floridsdorfer AC . In January 2017 he was ordered back to Rapid.

For the 2018/19 season he switched to league rivals SV Mattersburg . He made 38 Bundesliga appearances in two seasons for Burgenland. The club stopped playing after the 2019/20 season. He then joined SK Sturm Graz for the 2020/21 season , with which he received a contract that ran until June 2022.

National team

Internationally, Kuen has played for the U-17 and U-18 of Austria so far .
