Vincent Trummer (born May 18, 2000 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Trummer began his career at SV Mühldorf . For the 2012/13 season he switched to the youth team of SK Sturm Graz , where he later played in the academy. For the 2017/18 season he moved into the squad of Sturm amateurs. He made his debut for them in the regional league in August 2017 when he came on as a substitute for Andre Muhr on the fifth match day of that season against Union St. Florian in the 72nd minute. By the end of the season he made seven appearances in the regional league.

In March 2019, he scored his first goal in the third-highest division in a 3-0 win against ATSV Stadl-Paura . In September 2019 he was against SCR Altach for the first time in the professional squad of Graz, but was not used. Shortly afterwards he moved firmly into the squad of professionals. He made his Bundesliga debut in February 2020 when he was in the starting line-up against SV Mattersburg on matchday 19 of the 2019/20 season and was replaced by Thomas Schrammel in the 83rd minute . On May 18, 2020, SK Sturm Graz announced the contract extension with Trummer; the young defensive player was tied to the club until summer 2023.

National team

Trummer made his debut against Cyprus for the Austrian U-19 selection in August 2018 . In June 2019 he played for the U-20 team for the first time against Switzerland .
