Sandro Ingolitsch (born April 18, 1997 in Schwarzach im Pongau ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Ingolitsch began his career at SK Bischofshofen . In 2010 he moved to USK Anif . In 2011 he went to AKA Salzburg . He went through all academy teams and led the AKA U18 as captain to the championship title in 2014/15. He made his professional debut for the farm team FC Liefering on the 36th match day 2014/15 against SV Mattersburg .

With the U-19s of FC Red Bull Salzburg, he played in the UEFA Youth League in 2015/16 and also in 2016/17 . In 2017, he won the UEFA Youth League with the Salzburg team , replacing the injured Xaver Schlager as team captain in the final tournament .

For the 2017/18 season he moved to the Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten , where he received a contract valid until June 2020. After 73 appearances in the Bundesliga , he left the club after the 2019/20 season. He then moved to league competitor SK Sturm Graz for the 2020/21 season , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2023.

National team

With the U-19 national team he was able to qualify for the U-19 European Championship in Germany in 2016, before he also played in the U-17 and U-18 national teams.

In March 2017 he made his debut in a friendly against the Netherlands for the U-21 team . In June 2019 he took part in the European Championship in Italy with the U-21 national team.
