coat of arms
The coat of arms of the municipality of Arboldswil shows a silver crenellated wall on a blue background, which stands on a green Dreiberg. The golden sun shines above it. The flag colors are blue and white. The new coat of arms was proposed by the sub-commission for municipal coats of arms and approved by the local community assembly on April 14, 1944. Dreiberg and Zinnenmauer point to the Kastelenflue, the landmark of the village. In the symbol of the radiant sun, the sunny position of the village with great views comes into its own. Finally, the colors of the coat of arms emphasize the affiliation to the old Waldenburgeramt.
Attractions
The sights are not buildings in the foreground, but the view towards the Black Forest, which is worth mentioning from almost every place in Arboldswil. A special point to be mentioned is the Chastelenflue , which served as a beacon in the past and is the highest point in the municipal ban.
